Responsible for the design and execution of hundreds of unique deliverables for over a dozen distinct lines of business within the Walmart Care organization. Training content included Online eLearning modules, virtually-facilitated training workshops, reference guides, system simulations and emulations, video, and animations.
Designed, developed, and facilitated a specialized, multi-modal Leadership Development program for the Walmart Care organization:
Partnered with all levels of leadership (from people-leader to C-suite) to uncover and refine terminal and learning objectives for a robust Leadership Development program custom to the Walmart ecosystem.
Training program combined self-paced online learning and virtual instructor-led training workshops, reviewed leadership theory and applied it to on-the-job role and responsibilities.
84% of participants self-reported significant or exceptional improvement in their leadership abilities, with a 61% increase of in-role engagement, a 77% increase in operational support, and an average training survey score of 9.6/10.
Formalized Learning & Development standards for Walmart's Care Organization:
Set design standards, created training and communication templates, wrote Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation, and educated peers.
Developed hundreds of visual assets for Walmart Care's DE&I program:
Assets include Zoom Meeting backgrounds, T-shirt and Hoodie designs, video testimonials, and communication templates.
Designed and curated a robust Learning Library for the Walmart Business (B2B) organization:
Training funnel management, rapid development based on B2B go-to-market initiatives, development of sales and customer support competency trainings, and improved written and verbal communication skills for a specialized workforce with complex processes.
Over 304 deliverables were created including communication and knowledge resources, online, instructor-led, and leader-led training deliverables. Managed, designed, deployed, and evaluated an average of 76 deliverables per month.
Created a robust and fully custom Training Library with an average training completion of 100% within an average timeframe of 11 days. The average training survey score for all deliverables was 9.3/10.

Design, facilitation, and training program management for over a dozen New Employee Experience programs for various customer-facing lines of business. Execution and evaluation of hundreds of online training modules.
Created custom New Hire programs for five Customer Service centers, nationally.
Developed and facilitated custom, face-to-face Wireless Leadership Academy workshop. This intensive cross-channel learning experience included highly experiential actives, system simulations, video demonstrations, and a robust evaluation strategy. Creation and maintenance of the Technology Foundations program, a blended, self-paced program combining custom animations, web-based coursework, and exploratory learning modalities to educate the Enterprise on key technologies and customer soft-skills.
