  • I am a creative and detail-oriented project manager with over 11 years of experience in instructional design, content curation, virtual and face-to-face facilitation, video assembly and post-production, audio narration, and LMS administration.     As both a Learning & Development Manager and Senior Learning Designer, I have created custom deliverables for over a dozen distinct lines of business within the Walmart Care organization. Training content I have built includes online eLearning modules, virtually facilitated workshops, reference guides, simulations, videos, and animations.

    • From OCT 2020 – APR 2023 my primary focus was the design, development, and facilitation of a specialized Leadership Development program for the Walmart Care organization.

      • Learning Objectives included improving communication and collaboration, coaching direct reports, providing clear and directional documentation, anticipating and supporting team needs, team building, and using data to tell a performance story.

      • 84% of participants self-reported significant or exceptional improvement in their leadership abilities post-training, with a 61% increase of in-role engagement, and a 77% increase in operational support. The workshop has an average survey score of 9.6 / 10.

    INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN CONSULTANT

    Verizon | NOV 2015 - OCT 2020

    As an instructional design consultant for Verizon and Verizon Enterprise, I have designed and delivered multiple New Hire and Continuing Education training projects for various customer-facing lines of business, including consumer, Enterprise, State & Local Government, Federal Government, and Public Sector.

    • As a Program Architect for the former Wireless National Learning & Development Team, I created custom New Employee Experience programs for five Customer Service centers nationally.

    • As a Lead Developer for Verizon’s Wireless Leadership Academy, my custom workshop contributed to a 614% annualized ROI for the Telesales line of business. This intensive cross-channel learning experience included highly experiential activities, system simulations, and video demonstrations.

    • As a Project Manager for the Strategic Learning Experiences Studio, I created the Technology Foundations program, a blended, self-paced program combining vignettes, web-based coursework, and exploratory learning modalities to educate the Enterprise on key technologies and customer soft-skills.
